This one stopped me, Edith!💜 I could not be in the room yesterday, and I felt that more than I expected to. What we built over these months was real. Women from completely different corners of life and work who kept landing on the same questions and the same struggles, the ones you name so sharply here. We are miles apart on a map, and somehow you all still feel close. To this cohort, thank you for the honesty and the laughter, and for the reminder of what happens when women stop waiting to be asked. To Maria and to you, my close team, I missed you yesterday more than I can say. And to our mentor, Kristen Anderson, thank you! You saw us clearly and pushed us to see ourselves the same way!
