A bit out of my comfort zone this week! Grateful for the opportunity to give an oral presentation at the British Association of Dermatologists Annual meeting: Medical Dermatology Section as an F2. Presenting to a room full of dermatologists with far more experience than me was definitely daunting, but I’m so glad I said yes. Also good fun presenting my poster on the history of contact dermatitis at the Historical section. A reminder that some of the best opportunities are the ones that make you the most nervous. Very grateful for all the encouragement, thoughtful discussions and support. #BAD2026
