We recently celebrated International Data Center Day by hosting our first workforce development event with Johnstown Monroe High School. We welcomed more than 100 students for a hands-on experience exploring careers in the data center industry. From live equipment demonstrations to showcasing the school’s Electrical Trades and Advanced Engineering Technologies programs, students saw how the industry comes to life. The Data Center Exploration Fair gave students the opportunity to connect directly with unions, schools and industry partners to learn more about pathways after high school. With Central Ohio continuing to grow as a data center hub, it was great to introduce students to the numerous opportunities available right in their community. Special thanks to Gina Grimaldi for leading the event.
