Last week, 1,100 Vanta’ns took over Vegas for our annual Company Kickoff, and this year’s theme set the tone: Winner Takes All. We stepped away from our laptops and went all in on energizing breakouts, hands-on team sessions, big-picture strategy conversations, and the kind of honest discussions that push a company to the next level. We celebrated the wins. We recognized the people raising the bar. We aligned on where we’re headed next, and what it's going to take to win. And we did it in true Vegas fashion. From alien-themed parties to Elvis sightings to neon-lit dance floors, there was no shortage of creativity (or commitment to the theme). There were adventures, team dinners, spontaneous bonding moments, and the kind of laughter that only happens when you get to spend time in person with teammates you’ve worked alongside all year. If this kickoff made one thing clear, it’s this: we’re playing to win—for our customers, for our teammates, and for the future.
