After months of hard work, I'm thrilled to introduce CalBuddy—a project that has now become a reality. 🚀 From a concept to a fully functional Android application, and now a published research paper, this journey has been incredible. It started with a simple idea: to make comprehensive health tracking easier for everyone. CalBuddy is our solution—a mobile app for all-in-one health management, integrating diet, calorie, and hydration tracking into a single, intuitive platform. Huge thanks to my incredible team, Janmesh Mhatre, Chinmay Bhoir, and our mentor, Prof. Jayesh Rane from Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology, for making this possible. We built CalBuddy using Kotlin, Android Studio, and Firebase to create a seamless and robust user experience. Check out the short demo video above to see CalBuddy in action! 👇 For those interested in the technical details, the full research paper is available in the comments below. What's the one feature you wish your health and fitness app had?
