During the month of June, I was lucky to take part in the National Grid Gridterns Give Back program. With the pandemic changing the world and how we socialize with one another, there are a lot of our senior citizens who are left feeling isolated. During this time, I chose to work with Jefferson Area Board for Aging (JABA) and reach out to those in need. So many people have found comfort in Animal Crossing during their free time, so I wanted to share those same characters with our fellow senior citizens. I want to thank Rachel Blankenship and Allie Nadeau for organizing this opportunity. I can't wait to start my internship with National Grid in July. #GridternsGiveBack
