During our stay, Benjamin Tรคnzer and I had the chance to exchange with Lena Blom and Marko Sinadinovic about the challenges and differences between Customer Service in Sweden and Germany, as well as the Swedish approach to skills development and talent attraction compared to the German apprenticeship model. A special highlight was joining a Customer Service assignment in a hospital, where we gained handsโon insights and had great conversations with the Customer Service Engineers on site. This trip offered valuable perspectives, strengthened collaboration across borders, and was an incredible learning experience for us. A big thank you to Lena and Marko for your warm hospitality and to our managers Marco Friepes, Thomas Lange & Jens Haberkorn for their support and for making this exchange possible for us and for Jason.
