Good HR helps you perform better. It helps you see your potential. It helps you become a better leader. Good HR uncovers gaps alongside you. And offers brainstorms and co-created solutions so that you can achieve your goals. Good HR is a human enabler. But unfortunately there is so much bad HR out there, we don't always have the best rep. I love the shift I am seeing though. The shift that has been here for a little while now. Towards people-centered organizations. Where humans are seen as the most valuable asset. Where HR is there to enable those humans to do their best work. We need more of that! #hr #leadership #thoughts
