AI expectations have been outpacing enterprise reality for a while now. The gap shows up fastest with agentic AI: what's expected of a partner and what they can actually prove is in production. MACH Alliance built the Agent Ready Award to answer that credibly, with independent review instead of self-reported claims. To earn it, members must first meet MACH Alliance's certification for open, composable and connected technology, then submit evidence of real agentic work running in production, reviewed against published criteria.
