Valmet has completed the acquisition of all remaining shares in FactoryPal GmbH from Körber. Following the transaction, FactoryPal is a fully owned subsidiary of Valmet. FactoryPal has been part of Valmet’s offering since 2024, when Valmet acquired a majority stake in the company.
