2006 was a very different world. 🌍 It was also the year Gemalto was formed through the merger of Axalto and Gemplus. Twenty years later, many of the technologies that were still emerging at the time have become part of everyday life, fundamentally changing how we connect, pay, and prove who we are online. Looking back, it is remarkable to see how far our industry has come, and how #DigitalTrust became one of the foundations of our digital society. 🔐 I share some of my reflections in my latest article.
