At 'La Dégaine' (Nantes, FR), Lorette has built a thoughtful business strategy: she sources second hand clothing locally and sells exclusively through her brick-and-mortar shop, choosing not to sell online in order to reduce her business’s carbon footprint. Her space is beautifully curated, and her customer service is exceptional. When I hesitated over buying this overall, her advice was refreshingly simple: “If in doubt, don’t get it.” Did I listen to her? Nope.
