The we:transform 2026 Co-Creation Camp in Carinthia was intense. And honestly: it blew my mind. Not only because of the people. Not only because of the projects. But because of the quality of the coaches, the conversations, the honesty, and the space that was created for real transformation. I arrived without a clear project idea. I left with a much clearer direction. Sometimes the most powerful thing is not to add more. Sometimes it is to understand what is already there. Please watch the video until the end.
