We caught up with our Housing Development Officer, Jonathan Lewis on site at Clos Holm View to hear more about the Council’s ambitious housebuilding programme 🏡   Clos Holm View features a mix of houses, apartments and bungalows, including adapted homes.   Since November 2020, across the Vale we’ve completed 306 new homes, with a further 372 under construction or in planning.   Additionally, through our partnership with Lovell, developments at Hayeswood Road, Myrtle Close, The Mole and Pencoedtre are helping to deliver more affordable homes, with a pipeline of more than 650 additional homes in development 🚀 Fe wnaethom ddal i fyny gyda'n Swyddog Datblygu Tai, Jonathan Lewis ar y safle yn Clos Holm View i glywed mwy am raglen adeiladu tai uchelgeisiol y Cyngor 🏡   Mae Clos Holm View yn cynnwys cymysgedd o dai, fflatiau a byngalos, gan gynnwys cartrefi wedi'u haddasu.   Ers mis Tachwedd 2020, ar draws y Fro rydym wedi cwblhau 306 o gartrefi newydd, gyda 372 arall yn cael eu hadeiladu neu eu cynllunio.   Yn ogystal, trwy ein partneriaeth â Lovell, mae datblygiadau yn Hayeswood Road, Myrtle Close, The Mole a Phencoedtre yn helpu i ddarparu cartrefi mwy fforddiadwy, gyda phib linell o fwy na 650 o gartrefi ychwanegol yn cael eu datblygu 🚀
