A Rewarding Experience Judging Emerging Design Talent ✨ Super happy to share that I was invited to the NMIMS School of Design as a jury member for the Industry Internship evaluations. I had the opportunity to represent Vrushti Mehta, who interned with Beco over the past five months. Witnessing her journey unfold was incredibly rewarding from early explorations to developing a more refined and confident design voice. Her growth truly reflects dedication and curiosity. There’s something special about seeing an undergraduate evolve through real-world challenges, navigating ambiguity and translating learning into meaningful outcomes. It was a pleasure to be part of that moment.
