I’M HIRING FOR MY TEAM 😳🥳 It feels a bit surreal writing this. Around 2 years ago, I started working on UK Jobs Insider alongside Vardaan Shekhawat, MCDI. In my first year, I had no idea how to build a product, scale operations, or even think about growth properly. It was all new, and honestly, a lot of it was just figuring things out in real time. But over time, things started to click. Today, I’m working closely with our sales team, focusing on growth, operations, and making sure everything runs smoothly as we scale UKJI (shoutout to Ranshu Kumari for holding things down on the Community & Marketing side). And now, I’m hiring. I’m looking for an HR Intern who will help us build one of the most critical parts of the business: a strong and consistent hiring pipeline. This isn’t a typical HR role. You’ll be: - Sourcing and building a pipeline of sales closers & interns - Supporting continuous hiring (we’re always hiring, not just occasionally) - Working closely with me on improving our hiring systems - Getting a behind-the-scenes look at how a fast-growing business builds its team It’s fast-paced, sometimes chaotic, but you’ll learn a lot.
