Many delivery partners climb 4–5 floors daily carrying heavy orders in buildings without lifts. This is especially difficult for older delivery partners. Why not add a mandatory address option: “Lift Available – Yes/No”? If there is no lift, customers can be requested to collect the order downstairs. Exceptions can always be made for senior citizens, pregnant women, people with disabilities, or medical emergencies. Let’s make delivery work more humane, respectful, and sustainable.
