🩺 Excited to share that I'll be starting GP Speciality Training at the Royal Wolverhampton Trust this August. The road here wasn't straightforward. This application cycle came with multiple interviews, offers, rejections, and more than a few moments of uncertainty about which path I would end up taking. I came in passionate about public health, women's health, research, and academia, and genuinely unsure what speciality would work best for me. At the end of the day, General Practice gives me the breadth, continuity, and community impact I've always been drawn to - and the flexibility to keep pursuing the things I care about most. During training, I'm hoping to pursue my DRCOG, take part in the RCGP Global Health Fellowship, and continue building at the intersection of global health, women's health, and primary care. If you're a GP who has navigated women's health, global health, or academia alongside your training, I'd genuinely love to connect and hear how you've made it work. Career advice very much welcome! 🌍 #GeneralPractice #GPTraining #GlobalHealth #WomensHealth #NHSTraining #PublicHealth #SpecialtyApplication2025/26
