Meet the team: Karin! 👋 Grote kans dat je Karin al kent. Als je VAEX belt of bij ons binnenloopt, is zij namelijk degene die je vrolijk begroet. In mei 2016 begon Karin bij ons als receptioniste. Inmiddels zijn we 10 jaar verder en is ze onze Office Manager. En dat betekent simpelweg: Karin regelt alles wat nodig is op kantoor. Van ondersteuning van de directie tot het boeken alle zakenreizen, en alles wat te maken heeft met de dagelijkse gang van zaken op kantoor. Ook helpt ze mee met de marketing en zorgt ze dat het op kantoor soepel verloopt. En minstens zo belangrijk: Karin zit in de feestcommissie! Dus als er iemand jarig is of er is een bedrijfsuitje, dan zorgt zij dat het een gezellige boel wordt. Fijn dat je in ons team zit, Karin! ___ EN: Chances are you already know Karin. Whenever you call VAEX or stop by our office, she’s the one who greets you with a smile. Karin joined us as a receptionist in May 2016. Ten years later, she’s now our Office Manager. And that simply means: Karin takes care of everything that needs to be done in the office. From supporting the management team to booking all business trips, and everything related to the day-to-day operations of the office. She also helps with marketing and makes sure everything around the office runs smoothly. And just as important: Karin is on the party committee! So if it’s someone’s birthday or there’s a company outing, she makes sure it’s a fun time. We’re glad to have you on our team, Karin!
