When you're a team of four developers, every technology decision has a multiplier effect. Südtiroler Gemeindenverband Genossenschaft needed to modernize a large Delphi application while simultaneously adopting cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices. Instead of adding frontend complexity, they chose a full-stack Java approach that helped them stay productive throughout the transition.
