A successful week at ILA Berlin - Pioneering Aerospace 2026! 🚀🔋✈️ What an inspiring few days at one of Europe's leading aerospace exhibitions, ILA Berlin 2026 For V4Smart, ILA Berlin 2026 was much more than an exhibition — it was an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas with aerospace leaders, innovators, system developers, and actual users, while gaining valuable insights into the next generation of aviation and uncrewed systems. 🔋 A highlight of the event was the presentation by our Head of R&D, Dr. Verena Drews, at the Drone Pavilion, where she shared how V4Smart's expertise in mass-production-scale lithium-ion cell manufacturing enables ultra-high-performance cylindrical cells for demanding aerospace applications. Her presentation also demonstrated the advantages of V4Smart's cylindrical cell technology compared to conventional LiPo pouch cells for drones — showing how precision-engineered, highest quality standard cells can deliver outstanding power performance, reliability, and scalability for next-generation aerial platforms. 💠 We were also honored to welcome Hr. Tobias Gotthardt, State Secretary for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy of Bavaria, to our booth. It was a great opportunity to discuss the potential of Made in Bavaria ultra-high-performance lithium-ion cells in strengthening Europe's aerospace capabilities and resilient battery supply chain. 🚀 Another great moment was welcoming our partner WARR Rocketry. It was exciting to discuss the next steps toward the European Rocketry Challenge (EuRoC) and how V4Smart's first-generation ultra-high-power cells will support the electric turbopump at the heart of their rocket system. Above all, ILA provided valuable insights into the evolving needs of the European aerospace industry. These discussions continue to reinforce our commitment to developing battery technologies that combine exceptional performance, production scalability, and European supply resilience.
