With this acquisition, we are expanding our product portfolio and strengthening our position as a system provider. In particular, the acquisition further enhances the offering of our brands codex🟢, UZIN🔵 and PALLMANN GmbH 🟠 through complementary profile and system solutions. The integration of alferproline creates new growth opportunities in Germany and international markets while also enabling synergies in product range and purchasing.
