🔬 Is your career development keeping pace with the rapid evolution of modern medicine? Join the Mentoring Forum tomorrow! For early-career researchers and clinicians, postgraduate training and continuing education are the engines of a successful academic and clinical trajectory. However, navigating requirements while balancing research and teaching can often feel like a complex puzzle. To address this, the UZH Faculty of Medicine is hosting a dedicated Mentoring Forum tomorrow, 5 March 2026. This session focuses on clarifying training obligations, exploring support options, and strategically integrating professional development with long-term career goals. 💡 Why it matters: By providing junior scientists with direct access to experienced mentors, we ensure that the next generation of medical leaders in Zurich has the tools, rights, and networks necessary to thrive in an increasingly interdisciplinary environment. 👥 Join the conversation: This is a fantastic opportunity for junior researchers to engage in short, impactful mentoring sessions. We would like to thank the speakers of tomorrow's session: Prof Felix Tanner (Universitätsspital Zürich, Clinic of Cardiology) Dr Claudine Leysinger (UZH Graduate Campus]) Prof Thomas Kessler (Universitätsklinik Balgrist, Neuro-Urology) A special shoutout to the Junior Staff Development team, Dr. phil. Diana Baumgarten and Hanna Janssen, for fostering this vital culture of knowledge-sharing and support at University of Zurich. 📅 Event Details: Topic: Postgraduate Training & Continuing Education Date: 05 March 2026 | 12:15–13:15 Format: Online via Zoom 📖 Learn more and register here: https://lnkd.in/dyYGdYQa #MedicalEducation #CareerDevelopment #Mentoring
