I am pleased to share that our review article has been published in Environmental Earth Sciences by Springer. Title: Groundwater recharge and MAR modelling: Input data, controlling processes, and future research priorities This paper reviews global research on groundwater recharge and Managed Aquifer Recharge (MAR) modelling, with a focus on input data, controlling processes, scenario-based modelling, uncertainty, validation, and future research needs for sustainable groundwater management. I am sincerely grateful to my supervisor, Prof. Dr. Alper BABA, for his valuable guidance, continuous support, and academic supervision throughout this work. His encouragement and expertise were highly important in completing this publication. I would also like to acknowledge the support of the Water4All - Sustainable Water Management programme, under which I am currently conducting my research. Being part of this programme has provided me with an excellent academic and research environment to work on groundwater recharge, managed aquifer recharge, and sustainable water resources management. I hope this work will contribute to future research and decision-making in groundwater recharge and MAR modelling, especially in regions facing increasing pressure from climate change, land-use change, and groundwater overexploitation.
