🌍 Recap: 8th International Sales Meeting 2026 💧 LIQUID READY? That was the key question at the beginning of our biggest company event in Betzigau. Colleagues, subsidiaries, and sales partners from all around the world came together to exchange ideas, develop new concepts, and find answers to exactly this question. Besides inspiring presentations, application sessions, and many valuable discussions, one thing stood at the center of the week: personal exchange and true team spirit across borders. A major focus was preparing our international partners to become truly “Liquid Ready” – with application know-how, sales arguments, strategies, and concepts to successfully grow liquid business in their local markets. With the strong commitment of our global partners, we are confident that together we will successfully grow in the liquids market worldwide. 🌍 Another special highlight was the keynote speech by Prof. Dr. Michael Groß. The former professional swimmer, three-time Olympic champion, and five-time world champion inspired the audience with valuable insights on motivation, change, and successful collaboration. Today, he shares his experience as an entrepreneur, coach, and honorary professor for organization and leadership – providing many inspiring thoughts that perfectly matched our “Liquid Ready” mindset and spirit throughout the ISM 2026. And of course, celebrating together is always part of the UWT spirit: One of the highlights was our evening at the UWT Malta Beach with aperitif, surprise party and dinner directly by the water. No worries – we did not flood our parking lot! 😉 💧 In the end, we were all LIQUID READY! A special thank you goes to the creative agency Schöler GmbH for the overall planning, concept development, and realization of our ISM 2026. 🙏 We would also like to thank all partners and service providers who contributed to the success of this event with their commitment, creativity, and professional support.
