Through collaborative programs and alongside Kenyan partners, UW faculty are working to improve community health and transform the care and outcomes of critically ill children in Africa. The impact is real: we are truly saving lives. Now, the team is looking at how to take the learnings from these programs even further — deepening and broadening impact across other pediatric specialty areas. By leveraging cross-cultural learnings and experiences across health systems, the goal is to support an interconnected, engaged group of tomorrow's leaders in child health around the world.
