𝗨𝗨𝗕𝗖 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲 Some lessons only land when you have to apply them under pressure. On 15 May, our participants made their way to Monitor Deloitte's Amsterdam office for the final workshop of UUBC 2026. Laurens Reintjes and Tom Bour walked them through the Strategy Cascade: how consultants at Monitor Deloitte actually think, structure problems, and build recommendations. Not just theory, participants got to put it into practice themselves, with a time constraint that made it feel real. For a group of MSc students who had just spent six weeks delivering a genuine consultancy case, it was a proper closing chapter. A different angle on the same world they had been living in. Afterwards, the evening rolled into a borrel downstairs at Café Mahler, a proper send-off for UUBC 2026! Good conversations, a relaxed atmosphere, and a natural end to a year that we are genuinely proud of.
