I don't post much on LinkedIn, but as I complete a year at CodeAnt AI, I found myself reflecting on how much I've learned and how much my perspective has changed. A year ago, I came from a customer success mindset solving problems, helping customers, and trying to understand products better. Today, I still do that, but the way I think has changed a lot. This year pushed me into areas I was unfamiliar with product thinking, growth, going deeper into APIs, AI systems, developer workflows, security concepts, POCs, and understanding problems beyond just "what needs to be done" to "why it matters." I've learned that great products aren't just about features. They're about understanding users deeply, connecting customer feedback with product decisions, and helping teams solve problems that truly matter. A lot of that growth came from being surrounded by people who trusted me with responsibility before I felt fully ready for it. A big thanks to Amartya, Chinmay, Pratesh and the team for creating an environment where curiosity matters, ownership is encouraged, and learning is part of the job. Still a long way to go. I'm becoming more curious, more technical, and more intentional about where I want to be. Excited to see what year two looks like.
