This week, Chief Operating Officers and Chief Strategy Officers from across the UT Health enterprise convened to explore how artificial intelligence can transform care delivery for patients across Texas and beyond. Discussions centered on enterprise AI strategy, governance, workforce readiness, and real-world applications, while identifying opportunities to collaborate on shared operational and strategic priorities.   Thank you to leaders from each UT Health campus for their engagement; to Dean Claudia Lucchinetti, Peter McCaffrey, MD, MS, FCAP and the UT REAL Health AI team for their presentations on AI and healthcare transformation.
