The momentum behind circularity and textile recycling is growing! Uster experienced two inspiring days at the Textiles Recycling Expo 2026 in Brussels, Belgium, feeling the vibe of an industry committed to accelerating textile circularity. We had the pleasure of meeting partners, recycling specialists, and curious booth visitors. The discussions mainly focused on one key challenge: how to transform recycled raw materials into high-quality textile products through data-driven quality management. One of the standout moments for us was the strong interest shown in the new Recycling R Module of Uster AFIS 6, which provides valuable insights into the quality of recycled raw materials and supports data-driven decision-making when defining optimal yarn blends.
