We’re pleased to share that our Board of Trustees has unanimously appointed Jeff Draeger as the USS Constitution Museum’s next President & CEO. Jeff brings a rare blend of private and public sector experience across senior museum leadership, U.S. Navy service, and operations management, positioning the Museum for its next chapter. Jeff previously served as Interim CEO and COO at the Seattle Art Museum and is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate as well as former squadron and installation commanding officer. His people-first leadership and commitment to service and learning align with our mission to welcome and inspire more than 320,000 visitors each year. Under Jeff’s leadership, we will strengthen community partnerships, elevate visitor experiences, and advance the Museum’s role at the intersection of history, civic life, and service.
