Last week, our chief of staff, Rear Adm. Kristina Acquavella, spoke to Joint Staff, Army, Air Force and Navy human resources personnel during our Joint Force Talent Roadshow. Through collaborative discussion, panels and an artificial intelligence demonstration by the Dept. of War attendees were able to explore how policy drives military talent alignment and progression in the Joint Force.
