📈 Long before team building, soft skills, leadership training, and the corporate world, my learning started — not at a desk, but in the field on a ground. 💡 How to do teamwork, handle pressure, identify and polish your and others' strengths, anticipate others' next move, stay punctual and consistent, control emotions, never give up - there are many insights this game has provided me over the past 35 years, the beautiful game of cricket. 🏏 I don't think there is any other sport with the same level of variety, rules, and complexity. Perhaps that’s why fewer than half the countries that play football also play cricket — yet it still stands as the second most popular sport in the world. 🕯️ With age, my motivation to play cricket evolved.
