URACA Cleaning Cabin for the Roof Tile Industry The continuous cleaning of roof tile molds is a important component of a successful production process in roof tile manufacturing. Safe, thorough, and targeted cleaning in a URACA cleaning cabin, utilizing a URACA system control, ensures this process is carried out reliably. The tools or roof tile molds can be moved into and positioned in the cleaning cabin via a swiveling and extendable rotating frame. With the cabin closed, the high-pressure pump is then switched on at the external control panel, and the cleaning operation is started via a foot valve. Visual monitoring through the cabin’s viewing window allows the cleaning effectiveness to be continuously checked during the operation. The water jet spraying process can thus be performed with optimal positioning via rotational movements of the workpiece holder. A scraper conveyor installed at the bottom of the cabin then removes the fallen, dislodged dirt. URACA also has decades of experience and expertise in this field, both in the custom design of the entire cleaning system — including high-quality URACA plunger pumps — and in the control and regulation technology required for it.
