Our team was glad to be at the table for Business News' Indigenous Business Lunch in Perth on Thursday. Keynote speaker Hon. Don Punch MLA announced reforms to WA's procurement framework that will open more doors for Aboriginal businesses to access the state's record water infrastructure investment - timely for an industry we're deeply embedded in. The panel brought real weight to the conversation. Linden Brownley, Christopher Schmid, Tania Stevens and Richard Tester spoke candidly about what meaningful Indigenous procurement actually looks like: longer contracts, deeper supply chain reach, and genuine partnerships that go beyond the project and into communities. For a business operating across the Pilbara and Goldfields, that's the standard we hold ourselves to. Thanks to #BusinessNews for hosting and to all the speakers. 👏
