🌍 As part of OpenEU, the #UOC welcomed the Rector of FernUniversität in Hagen Prof. Dr. Stefan Stürmer and Chancellor Michael Strotkemper to strengthen collaboration between the two universities and contribute to a more #inclusive, #digital and #connected future for European higher education. 🤝 The visit included meetings with #UOCRector Àngels Fitó Bertran, General Manager, Jordi Marin Puigpelat, and academic and management teams to discuss strategic issues about digital education, research, organisational transformation and sustainability in open and distance universities. 🇪🇺 OpenEU Alliance also played a key role during the visit. Together with UOC Commissioner for International Action, Pastora Martínez Samper, and OpenEU Secretary General, Àlex Hinojo, the delegation discussed the challenges, collaboration opportunities and future perspectives of the alliance coordinated by the #UOC.
