In one of the most challenging humanitarian years on record, the need for reliable evidence to guide decisions has never been greater. The WFP Annual Evaluation Report 2025 highlights how independent evaluation continued to play a critical role in helping WFP navigate complexity, allocate limited resources and strengthen performance.
