Meet Tanja Lichtenegger - Our Head of Operational Technology Solutions 💡💻 Tanja is responsible for the development and implementation of digital solutions at our international production sites. Together with her team, she drives our digital transformation forward. Last year, she started working on a company-wide artificial intelligence program, which will support our production processes significantly. What her role involves:  🚀Implementing new data and production systems  ⚙️Refining existing digital systems  🤖Developing AI solutions for production systems  👷Assessing the technological needs of our employees To succeed in Tanja’s position, a combination of technological knowledge and practical, as well as social skills are necessary. New technologies must be implemented in a way, that truly supports our business and production processes. To ensure that, Tanja communicates extensively with other business units to understand their needs and develop solutions together.  One of her most significant milestones was the introduction of a centralised data basis for all our production sites. This ensures transparency, comparability and continuous improvement at all of our production sites. The next challenge for Tanja and her team: Integrating artificial intelligence tools into the existing systems to further support production processes.🔗 A question Tanja often hears is: „How do you feel about working in such a male-dominated field?”  Her answer: „I see it as an opportunity to showcase the diversity of my work.
