Meet Applied Degrees 👋 What employers expect from graduates today is changing. At our 2026 Open Day, industry leaders Natalia Trapl (Freedom Australia), Rob McTaggart (Intel) and Koorosh Rouhani (NCS Group Australia) shared clear insights into what matters in today’s workplace and how Applied Degrees have been shaped in response. UNSW College is introducing Applied Degrees, bachelor's degrees developed with industry and grounded in real workplace experience. Learning is aligned with current industry practice, not just theory. With placements and real-world projects embedded into each degree, students learn by doing and develop practical skills that translate directly to the workplace.
