What is the Independent International Scientific Panel on AI?    🔹 The first global scientific body of its kind dedicated entirely to AI.    🔹 Established within the United Nations, the Panel advances scientific understanding and helps ensure deliberations are informed by the best available evidence.    🔹 It builds on the Global Digital Compact and the recommendations of the Secretary-General’s High-Level Advisory Body on AI.    🔹 By acting as an evidence engine, it helps level the information playing field, bridge AI research and policy and inform international debates.    🔹 The preliminary report of the Panel will inform the inaugural Global Dialogue on AI Governance in Geneva, 6–7 July 2026.  🔗 Learn more: un.org/ai-panel    #DigitalCooperation #AIGovernance #GlobalDigitalCompact
