The AI Scientific Panel convenes in Madrid.   The Independent International Scientific Panel on Artificial Intelligence convenes in Madrid this week for its first full in-person plenary. Selected from more than 2,600 candidates across 140+ countries, its 40 members bring expertise spanning machine learning, public health, economics, human rights, and more — geographically diverse, gender-balanced and from all five UN regions. The Panel is on track to deliver its first findings ahead of the Global Dialogue on AI Governance in Geneva, July 2026. 🌐 #DigitalCooperation #AIGovernance
