This fall, UBC is launching new courses designed to help students explore how artificial intelligence works, where it can be applied, and how to responsibly evaluate its risks, limits and possibilities. New offerings include an introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI 100) course for students of all disciplines at UBC Vancouver. By equipping students with both practical AI knowledge and critical judgment, these programs will support BC’s growing need for talent that can help shape how emerging technologies are used responsibly across sectors.
