𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐟𝐟 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝. He will take up the role on 1 September 2026. Halff brings extensive experience from higher education and international business. He is currently Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where he is also Professor of Corporate Communication. Earlier in his career, he held academic and leadership positions at Copenhagen Business School and Singapore Management University, and worked in industry at Siemens and communications agency Publicis.
