Start a conversation about climate change this Earth Day New climate stripes have been released for more than 1,000 cities, countries and regions worldwide, now updated to include 2025 data. Created by Professor Ed Hawkins at the University of Reading, the climate stripes have become a global symbol of our changing climate. Each stripe represents a year, showing how temperatures have shifted over time. This latest update gives people everywhere the opportunity to see how their own location is changing and to share it with others.
