The research shows that factors such as high-impact movements, intense training loads and increased intra-abdominal pressure significantly contribute to these symptoms. โ—ป๏ธ Whatโ€™s most striking is that this issue not only impacts athletic performance, forcing athletes to adjust routines or limit hydration during competitions, but also affects their longโ€‘term health and quality of life. Yet many do not seek helpโ€”simply because the problem remains largely invisible. The study calls for the development of early detection and management programs in artistic gymnastics teams to ensure athletes receive the support they need. #URJC #study #gymnasts #YoSoyURJC
