“Engineering is not all about technical skills – it’s also about teamwork and helping each other succeed.” – #Unitywater Renewals Engineer, Chloe Macpherson.   Today, on International Women in Engineering Day, we’re celebrating one of our own, Chloe, who plays a key role in renewing and improving critical water infrastructure our communities rely on every day.   Chloe’s curious nature led her to where she is today – reviewing technical information, solving engineering challenges and assessing the condition of various assets across our service region.   “I’ve always enjoyed understanding how things work, solving problems, and finding ways to improve things. Engineering stood out to me because it combines technical thinking with creativity and allows you to make a real difference.”   Chloe has found confidence in her willingness to learn and the value of diverse perspectives - her advice to young women considering engineering?   “Back yourself.
