Our BOOST program was designed to accelerate gender equity and inclusion across #Unitywater. Over the past four months, participants have strengthened their capability, expanded their networks and gained greater clarity about their future career aspirations. Now, they’ve completed the program, with our CEO Anna Jackson delivering the opening address at the graduation ceremony, sharing reflections and experience from her own career – with some of these noted in the images below. Through workshops, coaching, sponsorship and peer learning, they have developed the skills and connections to navigate workplace challenges and pursue new opportunities. At the same time, sponsors and line leaders have explored the systems, processes and everyday decisions that influence inclusion, helping to create the conditions for everyone to succeed.
