We recently hosted University of the Sunshine Coast's first-year engineering students for a site tour of our Maroochydore Wastewater Treatment Plant. Every year we open our doors to this cohort to provide students a real-world look into the water industry, including how we operate our treatment plants and the scale of our infrastructure. This year, the session was led by Project Manager Callum Mason (who started his own journey with us after Uni on our Graduate Development Program as a Civil Engineering Graduate) supported by Project Engineer Harry Stanfield and Talent Acquisition and Pathways Manager Jacki Weatherstone. Callum shared insights from his own progression journey - an example of the career pathway opportunities available here at #Unitywater. It's always a privilege to help inspire the next gen of engineers. Our 2027 Graduate Development Program will soon be open for applications - follow us if you'd like to stay in the know! #EngineeringStudents #UniSC #WaterIndustry #PrettyGoodJob #CareerPathways #CareersInWater
