Building a stronger future for health care starts with investing in people. During a recent Axios event “Improving Health in North Carolina: Local Strategies for the Road Ahead," our own Danielle Gray shared how UnitedHealth Group is supporting education and talent development to help grow the next generation of health care leaders who are serving their communities. Through a four-year grant to the UNC Health Foundation, we are supporting the Robert A. Ingram Institute for Healthcare Access — strengthening health care career pathways and expanding access to care for rural communities across North Carolina. It’s one way we’re helping build a healthier future for all.
