Last week, our teams across all six United Scrap Metal locations traded the yard for the great outdoors to celebrate Earth Month. As part of our United in Sustainability initiative, we were proud to host our annual Parks & Rec Days! From local clean-ups and tree plantings to eco-friendly restoration projects, our team members showed up with grit and heart to leave our communities better than we found them. At USM, we believe sustainability is a 365-day commitment. Whether we are driving the circular economy through industrial recycling or volunteering in our local parks, being United in Purpose means taking ownership of our environmental impact.
